This year has been a fantastic year for sport in Cloneen NS. In November, our U13 Boys WON the football County Final after a thrilling replay match. Since then, we have had great success on the sporting field in football, hurling, soccer and tag rugby. Our girls and boys teams have done fantastically. Most recently, our 5th and 6th Class children won the Munster Rugby tag rugby blitz in Fethard Town Park. Furthermore, we have had two pupils from 6th Class make the Tipperary Primary Game Team (one boy and one girl).  Huge congratulations to them! Now, our U13 Boys’ Team are through to the hurling County Final which will take place in Semple Stadium in a couple of weeks’ time. Cluainín Abú!!
